Grateful for What God is Doing through You!

3/25/2026

Dear Friends and Supporters:

PCMP would like to begin by expressing our sincere gratitude to each of you who faithfully support this mission. Your prayers, encouragement, and generosity continue to sustain the work God is doing through PCMP.

Although we face many challenges, we remain deeply thankful for God's continued blessings. One of the greatest blessings is you, our dedicated supporters, who faithfully stand with us in ministry. Your partnership allows us to continue serving families, educating children, and sharing the love of Christ in our community.

A Story of Resilience and Hope

My name is Mrs. Raroul Bastien. My husband and I lived in the Dominican Republic for 12 years, where we raised our five children and operated a small boutique that helped provide income for our family.

Our lives changed suddenly when I was deported to Haiti with nothing. A month later, my husband and children were also deported without being able to bring anything with them. We returned to Fontaine with no resources and depended on the kindness of neighbors to survive.

In the midst of our hardship, PCMP came to our rescue. They helped us by providing free tuition for our children to be able to attend school and have continued to support our family by supplying us with food and basic necessities.

Though our journey has been extremely difficult, we are grateful to God and thankful for the love and compassion shown to us through PCMP. Because of their support, our lives have improved, giving us hope for a better future.

Church Ministry Update

The Boutique in Fontaine is Open for Business!

Our church youth group remains dedicated to actively serving the community in impactful ways. The youth have opened a boutique, selling food items and construction materials in the Fontaine community. The proceeds from the Boutique are used to support and uplift the elderly by providing them with food and basic necessities. It is a blessing to see the young people using their gifts and taking the initiative to demonstrate the Love of Christ to the elderly who are in need in our community.

Upcoming Youth Conference

Many young people are excited to attend our Youth Conference scheduled for March 28-April 1. Young people from many different communities gather together at the school for this special time of fellowship, learning, and spiritual growth.

We humbly ask for your prayers that God would move powerfully and bring a great spiritual revival in the hearts of the young people. May this be a life-changing experience that draws them closer to Him.

Creekside Church Missions Team Brings Hope and Hands-on Support to Haiti

Thank you to Creekside Church of Urbandale, Iowa, for sending a missions team to Haiti, and for the financial support provided to help strengthen our ministry. In February, 8 members of Creekside Church traveled to Haiti for a 2-week missions trip. We are deeply grateful to everyone who invested their time and resources to travel to Haiti during uncertain and difficult times. The team made a lasting impact as they used their skills, compassion, and spiritual encouragement to bring hope and encouragement to our church, school, and the community.

During their visit, the team:
– Held 3 days of VBS in our school and 2 in the community, sharing the love of Jesus through songs, skits, and Bible lessons
– Taught computer classes on keyboarding skills to our students
– Built 14 new church benches to support our growing congregation
– Provided the funds needed to paint the school building, which helps improve the learning environment for our students.
–Purchased and delivered food to over 60 families, orphans, and widows, bringing both practical support and encouragement to many needy households

Thank you for coming to show the love of Christ to our brothers and sisters in Haiti! We are so thankful for your prayers, love, and service that have strengthened our ongoing work and mission. The lives you touched and the relationships you built during your time in Haiti have left a lasting impact that will continue to bear fruit in the days ahead.

PCMP Garden Project

Our garden project continues to face some challenges. Irregular rainfall and dry conditions have made farming difficult, and at times our neighbors’ goats have created additional obstacles. Despite these challenges, we remain committed and determined to have a flourishing garden that will benefit our school and community!

A nice home is being built for a family that was displaced from Port-Au-Prince due to gang violence. This home will provide a safe place for the family to live while also being caretakers of the garden. We also plan to install a fence around the garden to provide better protection for the crops and ensure the project's continued success in the future.

"Let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." — Galatians 6:9

This verse continues to encourage us as we move forward in faith, trusting that God will continue to bless the work of this ministry.

Thank you for standing with us

Our ministry in Haiti would not be possible without God's provision and the faithful support of our prayer warriors, partners, donors, and volunteers. Thank you for believing in our vision and investing in lives that are being transformed for today and for eternity.

As we look to the future, we trust God to continue the good work he has begun and invite you to journey with us into the coming year. From the bottom of our hearts,

Thank You!
